Doing Absolutely Fantastic! 5 months ago

On Monday, I decided to swear off fast food and coke. I have done great for the past four days! I am surprised I haven’t given in.

Now my struggle is sweets -I turn to sweets to make up for the yumminess and carbs and sugar…but I have found a solution. I have been reading the Abs Diet. In their diet, it shows that low fat chocolates are okay! I don’t have to cut sweets completely out of my life…just choose low fat once every couple of days and it won’t hurt me as long as I eat low fat the rest of the day as well and I’d still maintain a 1,500 calorie well-balanced diet! This is great news for me. Today I printed many recipes from Self online and also copied some recipes from Abs Diet. I just got paid so this weekend will be a great time to go grocery shopping and give these a test run! I am very excited to start a new healthy lifestyle where my weight won’t go up and down and it will finally be where I want it – 120lbs! Oh and tone…I can’t WAIT to see very toned sexy legs revealed after the fat is pealed away…I am very motivated and determined and I know that as long as I live, I’m going to work on getting there, and when I’m there, I’m going to keep it that way. I love my body the way it is so I’m ready to take care of it the way it deserves!

For the past 3 weeks including this one, I have walked/jogged for 20 minutes three times a week, last week i did it four times.
