ran 7k in 42mins. Although i i went off the route and dont no who much time i lost/gained. But still thats the futhest distance i’ve ran so far. Slowly creeping up. I’m definately on for october.

How I did it: I found that it helps to have a purpose to meet up for first like going to the gym or even meeting up for lunch once a week. There needs to be that regular routine first then its easier to socialise rather than just randomly meeting up once in a while and not knowing when your gonna see each other next. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I was actually going to do the race for life in June but yesterday my friends neighbour told my freind there was one in our area today and you could just sign up on the day. just signed up for a 10k in october. So thats me got about 3 and a half months to train. It should be plently of time just need to make sure i actually try hard and prepare both phycially and mentally. My diet needs to imporve for a start, just need to seriously take care of myself.
Im quite exceited about it now :)
