i’ve started doing sit-ups every day. Dont know if i’ll remember to do this every single day but i suppose its something. Ulimatly i would like to join a sports team and exersize regularly through that, but feel i need to improve my fitness level to give me the confidence to get more invovled.

well i know that come september i will be going into 3rd year (providing i pass the resist :$) and so the following year will be the start of my year out. So i huess thats what i know should be happening to me but thts not what i’m really interesting in changing.
Its cause of this year out i know that i will have to get more confident and be able to sell myself to get a job in a decent place. I just want to be able to talk to people. Anyone. I’m far too shy and hate myself for it.
I just want to be able to do things for myself and be totally independent but also mot scared to ask for help. But more importantly just live my life but letting go and just go for it!
It sounds like a hell of a lot but even if i made a step towrds this then i’ve achieved something.
