It went like this... 2 years ago

I got a random text from him a couple of afternoons ago. Usually this would send me into a tailspin of emotion ending with misery- this time, it actually brought a smile to my face. I then realized that I hadn’t thought about him in months. The thing is, it takes time, but it happens without you knowing it. One day you wake up and you’re like- “Oh wow! It’s over!!!”
