Hoping to take an eight week class starting September 14. It’s every Monday at 7:15. There’s also an intermediate class in November that is six weeks long. If my scheduel works out I would like to take both classes. However, I won’t know until the 27th.

I weighed myself today and I lost 5 lbs last month. Now I’m 165 lbs, I’ll do a monthly weigh in and keep track of my progress. Thank you everyone for the support.

I’m training to do a sprint distance triathlon in September. I can do the running and biking, but not the swimming. I havn’t yet tried to do a combination of any of them together. I think I can do it though :)
