I got the gel and trays from dentist yesterday. I used them over night and my teeth have been hurting all day. I don’t know if the pain is common or not, but it is definitely uncomfortable. I’ve abandoned this goal, but at least I tried. If you can tolerate pain, I’d go ahead and do it.

My dentist offers lifetime teeth whitening for his patients. I got fitted for my trays last week. I’m on my way to accomplishing one of my goals! I’m so excited!
