So I made a schedule to help me stay on track with my first semester:
Legal Terminology- Finish by 12/21
English Composition- Finish by 1/31
Ethics- Finish by 2/15
Law & The Legal System- Finish by 2/29
Computer Literacy- Finish by 3/29
Of course it’s just a rough guideline- some of the material might be easier/harder.. but at least I’ll have something to go by to stay motivated!

I’m part of that Visa extras program that lets you pick free gifts when you earn enough points using your bank card. I’m canceling one of my bank accounts and had enough points to get a $4 gift card that they added into my bank account, so I’m going to transfer that into my savings. The little things do add up :)

So I did two fabulous things to help me with this goal:
1. I started a savings account online with HSBC. It has a 4.5 apy which is supposed to be one of the highest. I don’t have much in right now, but I’m going to start putting at least $5 a week in & more when I have it. I also opted out of the atm card so I can’t just take out money on a whim.
2. I cut up my credit cards. I believe I had 7 & now I only have 2. Once I pay those two off, they will be just for emergencies. I’ve had the one 3 years, so I don’t want to get rid of it in case I would need it..
