do a weeklong detox diet
Ug.

It is so hard to stick to this diet! No wonder people had said that they had tried and quit. It’s bland and takes more prep time than I’m used to and I get hungry suddenly and often and I crave EVERYTHING! I’ve lost five pounds, though, and I feel less “thick” inside. The skin on my forehead has started to clear up for the first time in about a month. I am sleeping better, too. So although it hurts in some ways, it feels really good in others. I will try hard to keep it up for another three days. Jeez…has it only been four days?!

When I take one of my weekend days and set it aside for just fun and not homework, I find that I have a much better mood. It also helps me be more productive when I get back to work. This might help me be less crabby, too.
