Since I started walking and going to the gym, I have noticed improvements in all areas of my life. I can fall asleep easier, my skin is clearer, I have more energy and I have a better overall attitude! It took me forever to get into it, but now I look forward to working out!

It is worth it except when it happens at akward moments like at work. It makes me feel happy and free even though people look at me weird sometimes.

It is amazing how a few small changes can really impact how you feel. I started going to the gym and stopped drinking pop. I can actually fall asleep at a decent time, and I have more energy during the day. It feels awesome!!
