How I did it: I took out my journal, started listing each thing that made me happy, and if for some reason I got stuck, I would quietly ask myself the question "What makes me happy?" and I would write another one down. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I've been vegetarian since I was 6 years old and about a month and a half ago I decided that being Vegan was the way to go. I no longer wanted to lie to myself that milk, eggs and other animal products were not hurting the animals. My friend and I made the decision together to at least try it for a week( you can do anything for one week, right?) so we did it, and it felt good. Read how I did it…
I’ve been a vegetarian since I was 6. I saw a television show on how the whole slaughter house industry works…umm EWWW. Not only is it cruel it is pretty nasty. People always ask me, since you are a vegetarian, “WHAT do you eat??”, it really is so simple now. Almost every single restaurant has options for vegetarians and even vegans, you can find so many recipes and ideas online.
I do it for the animals(whom all feel pain), myself(it is the healthiest diet out there!), for others(by being veg, more food is for the hungry, rather than beefin up the meat about to be slaughtered), for the environment(the meat industry cuts tons of trees for the storage of animals and crops to beef them up)
Whatever your vegetarian goal is for…good luck.
=)
