Starting Friday, January 2nd I am leading a group of ten other women in their goals to eat healthier, exercise, lose weight, and maintain their healthy lifestyles and weight loss once they’ve achieved it.

Having the accountability of having other people looking to me for motivation and as their leader really makes a huge difference in how and what I’m eating.
