I’m currently riding an old Huffy we have for Danielle. It is too small for me and I would really like to get something that I will be able to ride in triathlons.

Just pick a day and make it happen

Sunday has become my day for not using the computer. I don’t know what else to define as technology besides the computer. The phone? Car? Television?
Mostly I try to spend the day doing things which need to be done around the house and then relax with Danielle.
Just stop surfing aimlessly

Working with computers and spending all day on one has really helped reach this goal. I have also tried to set limits on what I do on the computer when I am on, mostly getting on with a purpose in mind: checking email, doing schoolwork, updating my blog.
That itself is a major help not screwing around on the web as much. If you have something specific in mind, you are less likely to just surf hoping to find something interesting to look at.
