I hate to cook. I hate to clean it up. I hate to go to the grocery. I am also so sick of hearing “What’s for dinner.” I go to the grocery and my mind goes blank. I can’t think of a thing to cook. I need to get some simple, easy, no-brainer recipes off the internet and at least try to make a meal at home once a week.

How I did it: I started by getting ALL my laundry in one place. I sorted and sorted and sorted until I had baskets and baskets of ready to do laundry. I did all my whites, sheets, blankets, towels, etc. at home. I made a basket for dry cleaning. I went to the laundry mat two times. I spent about 2 1/2 hours each day for a total of 5 hours. I have a carpet cleaner but it is not very effective. If I rent a really nice one my husband is very good at it. It is just very time consuming. You have to move the furniture from one side to the other and then wait for it to dry and then move the furniture again!!
There are times when I hear someone knocking at the door and I just want to hide and not answer it. I hate that feeling. There is always something where it doesn’t belong, i.e. my bra on the doorknob in the bathroom air-drying, my son’s guitar on the couch, shoes everywhere. Just once I would like to say “Come on in.”
