I am a 23 year old homeowner! 1 month ago

I Can’t beleive that at 23 I own a home! Going to college and getting a good job really paid off, of course it helps that my boyfirend and I have a double income (getting married is still on my list – can’t afford to buy a home and pay for a wedding!). It also helps that we found a great first time homebuyer program at a local credit union and got a 4.85% FIXED rate on our 30-year mortgage. YAY!
