Pretty much doing Hip Hop Abs and/or P90x at least 5 to seven days a week. However I’d like to be more regimented about it and mark my progress,which I’ve yet to do. The fact I exercise at least 5 days a week is lovely, just need to do a bit more as far as documenting the process.
Am already reducing in waist measurements, though I’m not tracking progress with a scale. Feels great!
