Original date of November 15th is going to be a bit later – but OK – waiting for call to set up date with family. Have talked to them and it will work out next week. Changing date on goal.

How I did it: Old computer was already dead and in the shop. Went to my local shop, talked to them, picked one of their models, ordered it, they set it up, I paid and brought it home. But... now I need to set it up! Using a borrowed laptop till then. Read how I did it…

How I did it: Two steps - the eye exam and the getting of the glasses. For the eye exam, I simply made an appointment and showed up. Had to plan for a ride home as the eye exam I get includes using drops to dilate my pupils, and that means no driving. No problem.Took the prescription to a dispensary I like and picked out my new frames. Takes a week or so to get teh new glasses. All good. Read how I did it…
