get lasik eye surgery (read all 4 entries…)
This is on hold for now... 16 months ago

until my eyes clear up. Evidently I have a lot of irritation from contact wear. I went a whole month without wearing contacts and the eye doctor said I need to go another month, as there is still some irritation. Hopefully I’ll be able to have LASIK someday. Having to wear glasses all the time and not being able to wear contacts in the summer is not so fun. He told me to put eyedrops in at least 4x/day.

Taking a yoga class 16 months ago

I’m now taking a yoga class through my work, but it’s medical yoga so a bit slow. Good to learn though. I’ve also been doing the Rodney Yee 30-min ab yoga workout quite a bit and going through his pose cards/book. Feeling much more in touch with my body…
