So, the cards that I thought I’d be able to kill off this year, they’re still with me, and almost full. Bummer. Well, one thing that the lousy economy has done for me, my bank hasn’t “rewarded” me with an increase in my credit limits. So, I’m paying those cards off, still, a little bit at a time.
Other debts, though, have been paid down, and are staying down. I took a personal loan to pay off two older cards, and so far this year, I’ve paid off about $5500 of a $20000 note. My car and student loans have also been paid down. The car loan is now about $3000 and the student loan, I’m not sure, but it’s smaller than it was at year’s start.
So, some progress somewhere.

... is who gets the tax refund to pay their debts with. jeez…
my share of the refund is going to kill off a credit card, and then the rest to the second mortgage.
i’ve already got plans for that tax, um, “rebate”.
