I having trouble getting my work done. But I did run/walk 5 miles and 200 push-ups/sit-ups in last week. I also played 3 games of full court hoops. I am going to step it up this week. PEACE

I am picking up the pace. I walked/jogged 5 miles earlier this week. I also did 300 push-ups/sit-ups this week. I going to do 2 miles today and my 100 push-ups/sit-ups. Wednesdays have officially become my slacker day.
