Yesterday, I received my second 10 pound weight loss ribbon from Weight Watchers. In total I’m down over 30 pounds from my highest weight. There’s still a ways to go though …

Cyclical

I haven’t managed to stop biting my nails and cuticles, but I have noticed that it tends to be cyclical and can be triggered by certain stimuli. My cuticle biting seems to come in 2 week waves. The week before and during my period, my fingers are usually raw. If I’m anxious, hungry or bored, it’s particularly bad. Also, when I’m watching movies in the theater, I usually chew on my fingers.
Half finished

I went to the last tattoo expo and had half my dragon completed there in about 4 hours. Unfortunately, the artist I chose is not from here, so I have to go to California to get it finished. I’m looking forward to taking a long weekend and getting it done. Looks great so far.
