How I did it: Reminding myself constantly that there are many reasons people may act the way they do and do the things they do. I found a place and moved! It’s a pain moving, but really I had to for economic reasons. The gas from driving was really eating holes in my pockets.
My main goal is to become healthier. I decided to have a more detailed goal than just to become healthier. I need to lose 9% body fat to get to 20%.
