After doing this I feel a million times better! I can wake up every day on time without an alarm clock and feel refreshed and ready to tackle the day!
In order to do this go to bed earlier every night until you wake up naturally around ten minutes before your alarm would normally go off. This is your bedtime! Go to bed at this same time every day for about a month or so and you will no longer need your alarm clock and always have enough sleep!

Sit down, by yourself or with friends with this same goal. Just start to pour out yourself onto your instrument, whether it be singing or guitar.
I completed my goal by doing this with some of my new friends… we even started a band because of it! It’s a million times more fun than you think it is… I promise.
