How I did it: Go to www.sparkpeople.com and sign up. It's totally free! Log on every night and calculate what you did/ate that day. It will print reports, help you track calories eaten and burned, free meal planning, exercise plans, etc...great resource! This is a site that requires daily interaction. In order to ensure your success, I recommend logging on at night before bed. Takes about 5 mins after you've gotten used to navigating through the site. Read how I did it…
Spend an hour each month marketing. This includes direct mail and internet. Listings on eBay, craigslist, and other sites. Visit libraries and bookstores. In order to supplement my income, I need to work on getting my business back up to its profitable levels. My marketing has proven to be successful in the past.
Action: Update my website (www.ezbizplans.com), visit libraries and bookstores, list business plans and LLC Formations on ebay again and on craigslist, and send out direct mail pieces.
I used to do this but it was a long time ago. I’m more serrious now than ever before about my weight loss. I’m not sure where my determination and drive came from, but I can’t seem to stop! Every week, I weigh in and I’ve lost another 2 or 3 pounds. It feels really good! This website really focuses on keeping you motivated and assist in tracking your progress. You are your own worst critic and you are your best cheerleader. With that said, it’s up to me.
