Getting started

I bought these beautiful blue and white china teacups at an estate sale today for pennies…they are so lovely. I also bought a glass tea carafe with silver rim. I am now drinking jasmine tea…happy.



eat only half the sugar I eat now by July 1st (read all 2 entries…)

I didn’t quite make the April 1st goal…but I did reduce my sugar intake by about a third…so I am on my way! Part of the key seems to be planning. If I shop on a Sunday for the week and have all the food I need then I won’t snack on random items as much. Also, having three planned meals a day definitely helps. Having plenty of fruit available helps me avoid the processed sugar items. Today is Easter…I will be eating chocolate…........I love chocolate.
