I have finished all the projects that mean something to me. I have some that don’t really deserve to be finished or that I really don’t need anymore or want. So like the last person said I have dropped those and finished all the rest. Also, I can donate or throw out those things I don’t need, and have less clutter. I now can add new things to do and finish them in a time like manner.

How I did it: I worked on one section at a time. ie-kitchen counters, cabinets, drawers. Than do just that section for now. and then later do more. I got my kitchen living room and bedroom done in two weeks. After that was easy to set a goal of like computer desk and then just work in small sections and get it done. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I forgot about this as a "goal" but still went hiking about a week ago. I took all my kids and we all went up South Mountain. I picked a easy to moderate hike so the kids could do it and they loved it and when we were done they were happier and calmer than normal. Not really tired just calm. I am going to go more often. How I did it: I finally made myself create a blog at blogger.com and then just blogged about anything I thought was important or funny or cute or dramatic. or even things like my dishwasher breaking. and then it felt natural to just blog and keep track of the things I want to remember later on. I saw a doctor and they told me I have mild depression and that is partly why I over eat and emotionally eat so until I fix that I probably cant fix my weight.
I am now keeping track of everything I eat so I know what and how much I eat. I am also keeping track of what I do for exercise. I have lost a whole 4 pounds but whatever I am still doing it.
