I have fallen off track a little and digging myself up to keep to my daily routine of writing my feelings in my journals and reading my affirmations and quotes. Really upset with myself but I know I can pull myself first and do this.

I received my email yesterday evening. I finished my training and worked four hours. It is fun, exciting and the questions people will text in is unbelievable.
I have started a new workout now that my pain level is down. I do keep it slow since I do still have a bad knee and shoulder that are still injured. However, I believe that every little bit counts and if I continue each day I will reach my goal.
