I just saw a promising video. It describes the tapping technique. It stimulates energy meridians similar to acupuncture. The principle is simple, when your energy is not in balance, you get symptoms… be it illness, allergies, anxiety, stress, etc.
I’m going to give it a try and see what happens. If you are also curious, google “tapping technique” and click on some of the results. Can’t hurt.

I think it would be cool to climb a Nice Big Tree, setup a hammock, secure yourself and sleep the night. Of course, going to the bathroom may become problematic.

1 – Reach out to friends. There should be someone I know or someone a friend knows that can teach me the basics of climbing.
2 – If friends fail, try the yellow pages.
3 – Find out if I can rent equipment to see if I like the activity.
4 – Start climbing.
