Exercising to a healthier you 23 months ago

I lived most of my life compared to my sister who was a size 8 (Australian) compared to me a size 12. It always got to me, and made me realise how unhappy I was about my weight. I woke up one day and decided I was going to do something about it. I opted for a gym and started slowly a couple of times a week. Eventually I was working out four times a week for just an hour. It’s not much, but it helped to drop the kilos and tone my body up. It’s not just about working out to lose weight though, it’s about adopting a healthier lifestyle in what you eat, and how you perceive life. It’s hard work, especially maitaining the weight but it is plausible and you feel better for it.
