I just got some new weightlifting shoes with an elevated heel. After wearing them, I managed to do a couple of pistols on my right leg, but none on my left leg :/
I haven’t done squats at all for about a month though, so hopefully I should have this down soon.
I’ve been practicing quite a bit on and off. I can’t seem to get past 3-4 ball tosses though (about one revolution).
Hopefully if I keep practicing it will eventually come to me.
Have finally made some significant progress on this. It is an online store, and so far the website is about 70% complete. I’ll mark this done once we make our first sale.
I’m not sure when I entered this goal, but I’d say I’ve watched about 15min of TV in the past 5 days.
I’m on holidays this week, so it will really test me. I’ll have to make sure I don’t just spend my time on the computer instead though!
It’s just coming up to winter where I am and I find it hard to get under the cold water when I am already cold. I got to about 3 days, then I just couldn’t convince myself it was worth it.
I find it hardest getting under the water. So, to get started I might try starting with warm water till I am all wet then switching to cold.
Kind of hard since I am studying computer science..
I’m going to say only 1hr on computer each day (except at uni).
Feels very refreshing, but sometimes hard on cold days. Tried a couple of weeks ago and got a cold :(
Going to try again starting this week, actually – in 5min.
