I’ve gone and out-done myself: I made a practice test for those of you wanting to become coffee masters. If you know all the information on it, you’ll do just fine. If you’d like a copy of it, send me a message.
Update: There is now a new version of the preparation materials, which will get you much more acquainted with the subject matter. I’d also like to request that, in an effort to make sure only Starbucks partners are getting this information, that you contact me via http://www.mypartnercareer.com.

Partners ought to realize that it’s not only coffee that Starbucks sells, but tea too. I think everyone should have to do their tea passport just as completing a coffee passport is required in the first 90 days. A whole other world to learn about!

It’s really not very difficult at all. I’m sure you could also ask people who work at pen stores if they could teach you the ins and outs of it all – usually they are eager to share their expertise.
