How I did it: i can't believe that i got the scholarship. it didn't seem possible to me as i had found out about the scholarship myself, and nobody had ever heard of it. i filled in the forms, taking painstaking time to make it perfect and sent it off. the acceptance came through setting the date of interveiw in the middle of my pre-booked summer holiday and so i had to leave portugal halfways through to fly straight to london. two interveiws down, and… Read how I did it…

brother came to liverpool for the weekend, and having no idea what to do with him, we wandered. and hit on the minigolf spot in liverpool one.
what a way to better to introduce the boyfriend and brother.
needless to say, for the first two holes i was amazing.
after that….
ever since i left ireland for university in england, i’ve seen so much of the country. i spend most weekends in wales now, kayaking. i’m currently in dartford, outside london, on work placement. i’ve seen newcastle for the tyne tour, i’ve visited manchester, leeds, huddersfield, york, glasgow, oxford, bristol, bath and plan to go to cardiff, norfolk, edinburgh, new port and further. with so much time during the summer, i want to see somewhere new.
