Well I am in my 2nd week of week 3…I will be traveling to FL and therefore running outside for the next week, so I am going to stay on week three until I return.
Today’s run was a bit rough. I had to slow down for 30 seconds in the middle of my second 3 minute interval. I feel like I cheated but I just couldn’t breathe. As soon as I caught my breath, I finished out the interval, and the rest of the run, but this is the first time I had to “cheat”. I still can’t see myself running for 5 minute intervals let alone 30, but I will just keep forging ahead with the program the best I can…

Well today was Day 3, and I am embarrased to say that this is hard for me even though it sounds easy. I am determined to stick with it though and finish this program. I raised the intensity a bit yesterday which put me doing a mile in just under 15 minutes. So, we shall see how the rest of the week goes! I have to say that I love the challenge, and I love it even more that I am finally facing something that I have always avoided because I thought I couldn’t do it. If I can get this beat, then I have soooo many other things I am ready to do next!
