How I did it
How I did it: For the first week:I did not eat anything with sugar; regular or artificial. No honey, no maple syrup, no molasses, no fruit or fruit juices. Absolutely nothing with sugar or sweeteners, or even naturally sweet. I did not eat anything with sugar in the ingredients like sauces and breads. I made my own sauces and ate breads free of sugar.
