No luck today on the natural self modivation,it came to me caffinated! except i just had the idea to read one of my self modivating books! books always get me modivated! why didnt i think of that in the first place!I need to come up with some more self modivating techniques. focus exercises might help to go along with that tooo!

How I did it: it took me two days to start my goal and get going but it took about a month to get back to feeling like i am part of the family again////well i called to say hello to my aunt and cousins more, she always writes so i finally started to write back more and send her cards weather they are thinking of you cards or holiday. i know they miss me as much as i miss them so i also complete internal feelings as well. i am naturally modivated most of the time. This month i have had issues, where is the modivation/ where is that feeling i need to feel! like a creative block i feel i have some sort of modivation block!
i dont know why i dont do this in the first place. its just i like doing things for others. but when it comes down to t. i need to put myself first, things i need to do, get done, to move forward. putting others before myself is only leaving me behind.
i really need to work on this. and just think about myself first. What i want and need to happen!
