focus better at work
Tea, lists, and breaks 8 months ago

I’ve accepted that this is gonna require some caffeine. So now I’m drinking tea most every day. When I have a lot on my plate, I make a list; just getting it on paper makes it seem easier. AND I try to take a break, mid-afternoon, to walk down the stairs, around the building, and back up the stairs. It’s just a little exercise to keep my spirits up and my mind working.
