If you’re thinking about getting a tattoo, you should think about it from all angles first. i always wait at least a year before deciding to go ahead with it, and i currently have two that i absolutely love. Waiting a year is a test to see if you really do want it. You’ll be living with it for the rest of your life so the patience is worth it. Also, you should design your own tattoo – if you pick it out from a portfolio, you risk the chance of someone else running around with the same design branded on himself. And, again, think about what it means to you and how it represents what you’re going through/who you are. :) Overall, it’s a great experience. Even if it does get slightly addicting.
Born in Midtown, living currently in Midtown, and will probably die here in Manhattan. i love it and wouldn’t trade it for the world. There are so many things going on and experiences available that you can’t get anywhere else. Sure, it’s easy to get jaded, but that’s nothing a short vacation can’t fix. Because once you’re away for more than a few days, you start to miss it all. It’s inexplicable and an experience i recommend for everybody at least once in their lives! Although, if you’re not someone who likes to spend a lot of time by him or herself, i recommend living here with a friend or two since it’s easy to get caught up in the solitary lifestyle.
