Financial Freedom: What Will It Take? 1 year ago

I’ve been trying since I was 19 years old to become financially independent. I’ve tried many of the “methods” you may have heard of already to become rich – Cashflow, Multiple Streams, Network Marketing, Becoming a Mega-Mortgage Broker, and non-traditional real estate investing to name a few. Trust me, with the knowledge in my head, I can write a whole book to become the next so-called guru of financial freedom.

But, for the longest time, nothing worked for me. I always felt something was holding me back from getting over the edge to financial freedom. That something, or someone, of course was me. Although some may say I’ve had been getting bad advice, really it was my beliefs about money and of myself that held me back.

I realize that it isn’t all the gimmicks out there that will make you be financially free. It’s your mind first. Without the right mindset, you’ll get nowhere. Although I’ve achieved a certain sense of financial stability already, I’m ready to take it to the next level.

Get better at tennis
Practicing Tennis - In My Mind 1 year ago

Winter’s coming around :-( Like any tennis player, I hate this time of year. I always get a little depressed because I can’t play nearly as much tennis as I would when it’s sunny.

Even San Diego, where it’s supposed to be sunny outside all the time, brings its share of showers. Watching the rain, what is a tennis nut like me to do?

I’m gonna conduct a little experiment that I’m going to blog about. I know, I know…this sounds little crazy, but when the precipitation pours, you gotta do something. Yes, that’s right, I’m going to try out tennis hypnosis. If I can’t practice outside, I’ll practice in my mind. They say it does wonders.

I’ll be listening to this tennis hypnosis mp3 which claims to improve my game even if I don’t practice as much. We’ll see about the power of suggestion!

I’ll come back with an update. We’ll see how well this works.

Cheers!
