I started February at 263 but then gained the first few days. So 258 seems a long way away right now.

I started February at 263 but then gained the first few days. So 258 seems a long way away right now.
I’m on week 4 of the Couch to 5K so I’m only running 5 minutes at a time max but yesterday I decided to see if I could run one mile straight. Not only did I knock this goal off but I also knocked my two mile goal down!
