hmmm so hard to stop

i would smoke around 10 aday, its such a habbit at work or college just to get out for some fresh air and have a quick break.
And after meals theres nothing nicer than having a smoke.
I really wana try and quit but its so hard to get the will power and motivation.
Maybe i should make a bet or something to try and motivate me lol
Vain about my hair

Ive always wondered how id look with a shaved head but i dont think id suit it. I love my hair to much, maybe im too vain about it.
Maybe i should make a bet/dare or something to try encourage me to do it.
Anyone got any advice?
