I did it!! I finally stopped, and I feel great about it. It is a real boost to my self image. The hardest part of this was breaking a life long habit. I can confidently say it was well worth the effort.

Half way there

Last weekend I ran a mile and a half, and only stopped long enough to let my girlfriend catch up. I was in a zone and felt amazing the next day. Its raining today, but at some point running in the rain will be a goal too.

I have only three credit cards to pay off, a car to pay off, and a student loan. I plan to be out of debt in 3-4 years, excluding the house. I encourage snow balling debt. I did this and paid off all but three credit cards, and it works quite well, and makes you feel very good about yourself.
