I’ve gotten into Russian Kettlebells and over the last month have catapulted from not working out at all to doing 4-5 workouts a week. So this goal is a little outdated for me. I’m about to switch to more kettlebell specific goals. Good luck to everyone!

I went out again with friends last night. Ended up at a bar, of course. This time, some friends were smoking. And to make matters worse, there were those people there who go around the bar giving out free packs of cigarettes (Camels, last night). Hah, I got 2 packs and gave them to my smoker friends. I kind of wanted to light one up but thought it would be a bad idea. So still smoke-free and really not missing it.
Hah, so it’s been a week so far. Yeah, not that big a deal but it’s been no sweat. I even went out drinking with friends last Saturday night and was hanging out on the patio. None of my friends were smoking but there were smokers galore around. I thought about bumming a smoke just to hit on some chicks who were smoking because everyone knows smokers put-out! (I keed, I keed…ok, not really) But whatever, I popped a lozenge instead, just to have something to do with my mouth.
