Not a lot of it but anger clouds me from seeing the positive things right in front of me.
Chances are i miss opportunities and good things when i let anger persist.

How I did it
How I did it: I say "it took me" 1 years but my dghtr just had a block about the balancing of the bike and her fear of falling. We kept trying in spurts of a day or two a few times a month and she eventually got it (summer and fall months). the mental block was her big fear of falling and scraping her knee or leg.Now we go for bike rides for up to 20 - 30 minutes and working our way up.
