How I did it
How I did it: It just made me stop. It as something I was unhappy with doing for a long time but something just clicked. I would thouroughly recommend thinking you are going to die for a reason to sort out your priorities in life! Read how I did it…

Ok this is a slight cheat but I did this a couple of months ago. I had an incident and i was told to stop smoking (and drinking) by a doctor…I have managed to stop smoking (touch wood) snce then.
Good luck to anyone who is trying to do the same – I hope you find your reason xx
