for me to give up is sugar. I was actually addicted to it and with a history of diabetes in the family that’s not a good thing. So far, so good. Haven’t touched it but been very tempted to when I was feeling a bit low. Also given up coffee, not too hard as I usually have it with sugar so it’s not so appealing anymore! I hope I can keep this up for lent and then maybe beyond. :)
