For everything I stop eating, replace it with something else.
Eat only Whole Foods, Raw Milk, More Vegetables & Fruits, Whole Grains, Etc…
Eat less Meat but better quality; more Seafood of higher quality…
Eat Whole Foods Only: No refined, processed or devitalized foods.
Brown Rice, Whole Wheat, Barley, Oats, Muesli, etc…

I’m taking dance lessons at the Sandra Cameron studio. And just to make sure I get something out of it, I’m signing up for 4 nights a week. I’m sure I won’t do 4 nights a week for the entire year. I think just the first 3-4 months will do, maybe a little longer. I want to be ready to dance by this summer when I’ll be traveling to the Caribbean.
