So things are still going well I’m down about 2 more pounds and that’s pretty exciting! As far as the whole morning workout thing… not so great?!? It’s so hard but I’m still trying. A good piece of advice is that if the first decision you make in a day is to work out the rest will fall into place- plus it will give you more energy throughout the day!

I feel like I’m really doing well, I’m trying to eat more calories (like everyone suggested) and it’s going okay. For some reason I feel a little guilty but I know that all of you were right in suggesting it. Lately my issue has been working out, especially because sometimes I don’t get home from work until 9:30pm and by then I’m exhausted. I think that as of tomorrow I’m definitely going to move my workout to the morning (which should be very interesting) so..wish me luck!!!
