I get my news from NPR, when I need a fix of mindlessness I rent a movie, I need to get on one of those cheap deals from blockbuster then I can watch all those TV series everyone carries on about. I also look TV and movies up on the net. I haven’t owned a TV for FOUR YEAR! I hope I never own one again. I do love movies, and short films and star trek and other TV shows, but the loss of commercials and local news and talk shows in my life has made it so much better. One day I hope I have a projector so that watching movies and series on DVD can be really fun. But flipping on a day time talk-show, court TV, or god forbid reality TV which I can’t stomach… I’m so glad I don’t have these things because I know I would abuse them, and myself in the process.

this is my worst personality trate. it seems I’m not very alone either since this was the biggest (font wise) “thing” on 43things home page.
Why are we all so bent on putting off our lives. I am holding myself back by procrastinating. I am keeping myself from peace of mind the feeling of acomplishment the respect of my close frinds and family and mentors. There is nothing rewarding about procrastination. Hell, messing around on this page counts. It’s one more thing to do instead of going for a walk, reading a book, calling a long distance friend. Currently it does count as writing which is something I want to do more of, so, while yes while this site is something I will use to put something else off in the future, this is not a bad way to be spending my early evening. What more can one hope for when sleeping until 3 in the afternoon….
