I know changing how i eat and exercizing is a life change not a temp thing. Why cant i just freaking stick to it? Eat good, treat my self good? Same things happends, i do well for a few weeks.. somtimes a couple of months.. then this horrible empty feeling comes to haunt me. And i eat everything I can get my hands on.. ive been on this kick for 2 weeks.. i feel bloated and tired and even after eating and eating still i feel empty. So if anything i guess im learning the eating still leaves me feeling empty only now i can fill tired and ill.
