How I did it: I jumped on the bed. Not really as fun as I had hoped. My back hurt for 2 days. I suppose i was a little bit rough (see photo). I wouldn't recommend this activity. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Reading more is simple. Just do these two simple things: Step 1 may seem difficult and painful, but I assure you, it's not. First, unplug that big thick coax cable from the back of your television. Then call the cable company and say "I'd like to cancel my service". How I did it: I bought a used mountain bike, fixed it up, and put road tires on it. I re-learned how to ride. I hadn't ridden a bicycle since I was 12, and I'm a lot older than that now. This took me a few weeks to become confident. I rode every day. Riding a bicycle is exhausting when you haven't used those muscles in a long time. It takes a while to get used to your daily commute.
