ive been tring for awhile and i almost got it im doing it on my bed so i cant force myself down i am completely down on my bed while feeling a good stretch but not pain and im tring on the floor and i am about 3 inches from the ground.

How I did it: what i did was had my sister that can do one watch me OUTSIDE do it and tell me exactly what i did wrong and then i just took her advice but i still couldnt get it.so a tip is dont run and jump just lift up the dominant leg and and as soon as ur hands touch the ground push off as hard as u can!and try to have ur legs in a staddle split postion in the air.U DONT HAVE TO BE ABLE TO DO THE SPLITS!!.and look through ur arms and watch ur foot … Read how I did it…
i have wanted to do a back walkover for awhile so today i tried with my gymnast sister’s help.get comforable doing a bridge from standing up once u get comforable doing this then do the same thing but have ur dominant leg in front of the other and do a bridge like this(DONT KICK OVER YET). then when comforable doing this then do this but right before ur hands touch the ground kick ur front leg STRAIGHT over point ur toes and land.KEEP PRACTICING AND NO MATTER WHAT U THINK, U “CAN” DO IT!!!hope this helps!!
i decided one day that i really wanted to learn how to do a cartwheel so i had my sister that knew how to do it watch me and tell me what i was doing wrong.i practiced and practiced and finally got it!
