Changes and Successes

I gained and lost since this original entry and got up to 370 pounds in February 2011, my highest weight. It’s June 2013, and I’m down 75 pounds and still going. My goal is to get down to 185 pounds. I’m working out and eating 80% clean meals. My goal is to get down to my goal weight by February 2014.

I have done a lot to lose and maintain a 50 lb weight loss: eating clean and being active.
I have completed three 5k races and will run my first half marathon this year. So excited!

I’ve started again, but this is my last time. I started Aug. 1, 2011 and have lost 32lbs.
